ISTANBUL IS GOING TO “FEEL DEVOTION”
This
weekend top level of European basketball is going to play in Istanbul. Four big
clubs will try to win European trophy in Sinan Erdem Sport Center. These teams
are FC Barcelona Regal, CSKA Moscow, Olympiacos and last winner Panathinaikos.
In the
beginning of the season because of the Greece’s economic situation no one gave
chance to two Athens teams Olympiacos and Panathinaikos. They didn’t have large
budget but they both have amazing head coaches. Zeljko Obradovic who is the
head coach of Panathinaikos is very ambitious man. He used to win this trophy
because he won championship eight times with three different club and the other
coach is Dusan Ivkovic who is also very successful and one of the greatest of
all time. These two basketball legends can surprise us at this weekend.
The other
two teams are Barcelona and CSKA are the favorites of the championship because
Barca only lost one game this season long and CSKA is only lost two matches.
CSKA squad may be the most spectacular one in the Euroleague history but this
Final-Four is going to be tough for them. The other favorite of the trophy
Barca is going to play against Olympiacos and they have to stop Olympiacos’s
star point guard Vassilis Spanoulis if they want to play in Final.
I think final
will be played between Barcelona and CSKA but just I am just guessing
everything can happen in Istanbul.
